Offer Period and Eligibility
- Limited period offer. Promotion period is 15th Nov 20, day inclusive.
- Offer is available to customers who post their loan query online and apply** for loan within the promotion period through Online application with any bank partner of ours and avail first disbursement of the said loan on or before 20th Nov 20 in case of Mortgages, personal loans and unsecured business loans.
** Complete Processing Fee Paid will be given a buffer of 10 days(30th Nov 2020) in case of any Documentation delay.
Important Terms & Conditions
- The offer is given independently by All About Sqft (allaboutsqft.com) and should not be interpreted/communicated as one from the respective bank or finance company.
- Loans are sanctioned at sole discretion of the bank or finance company. All About Sqft is not involved with the credit decision and participation or non participation in this offer shall have no bearing on the credit decision.
- Even in case of any delay in application, sanction or disbursement of the loan for any reason whatsoever, no extension of the promotion period shall be made.
- You can claim the cashback by filling up cashback redemption form online at All About Sqft within 30 days of the date of first disbursement of loan. Cashback must be claimed within this 30 day period only. Any cashback not claimed within this period shall lapse.
- Participants should be 21 years and above as on date of their loan application. Offer available to Indian residents only. Non resident Indians and foreign nationals are not eligible.
- This scheme cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
- All About Sqft reserves the right to alter, add, or discontinue the scheme without notice or alter the terms and conditions at any time without notice.
- This offer is available only on selected banks and loans during the scheme period only.
- By taking part in this promotion, participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out herein.
- You are eligible for the offer only if the loan should be processed entirely through All About Sqft and not if your loan application is processed through any other channel or medium.
- Customer should send a cancelled Cheque Photo at hello@allaboutsqft.com . The account should be the applicant’s bank account.
- Cashback will be transferred directly to the eligible customer’s Bank account within 30 days of the application of Cashback or disbursement of loan amount from bank whichever is later.
